Membership of the PROACT TEAM for protection
of birds and their habitats worldwide means
EFFECTIVE
and RAPID REACTION where it is needed
and FREEDOM OF
CHOICE for our individual supporters.
Proact is, and I intend it to remain, a 'family firm'. When you
mail me - for WHATEVER personal reason, and WITHOUT
any requirement for EXPLANATION
"David, please take my signature off the list for the 'No-man's-land'
campaign"
I will meet your wish instantly. Your signature is your unique property
and I am grateful for the privilege of being lent it for a good cause.

WHAT EXACTLY AM I AGREEING TO?
You are a member of the Proact Team from the time you get an acknowledgement back from me.
You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time. Or even for a particular campaign if you do not agree with it or
the public use of your name under a letter would cause you problems.
You are lending vital support to our campaigns by letting me add your name(s) to Proact Team letters which are sent to
our 'targets' in the affected country or region. The letters will always be published for you and anyone else to see on the
campaign page (without names of course!) and campaigns announced in:

SAMPLE PROACT CAMPAIGN LETTER
There is a site guarded by a password where the details you give me in your mail will be displayed with other members. I need
at least your full name and country! If you do NOT want your email address published for whatever reason let me know.
PROACT campaigns are carefully selected to enable YOU to make an INDIVIDUAL impact for the benefit of birds and their
habitats - which directly or indirectly help all living organisms (including us - when we can put the future of our planet
and race above short-term economic, financial, political or pure self-interest priorities).
Rat-tail chain letters, bulk mailing and worldwide appeals are adequately covered by other individuals and organisations
and are no part of our remit.
PROACT will concentrate on surgical strikes in critical areas under threat - collateral effects desired and hoped for!
