1. Mark and copy the text between the red lines (to MARK, position your cursor at the beginning of the text, hold
the left mouse button pressed down, and draw the cursor down to the end of the text you are copying. To COPY go to 'Tools'
... 'copy' - when you are in your mail programme place your cursor in the text box and go to 'Tools' ... 'paste').
2. Click on the mail link (example below).....
MAIL TO XYZ & ABC
...... when your mail programme opens - paste in the text. 3. If you have time move the 'Proact' adressees to the
cc. or bcc. box 4. Add your name and address at the bottom of the text. 5. Click on "Send"
For those whose mail programmes don't work with this multiple address procedure, or who basically don't trust computers, you
can enter the addresses manually yourself.
The alternative procedure
1. Mark and copy the text between the red lines 2. Open your mail programme 3. Paste the text into
your mail programme 4. Add your name and address at the bottom of the text. 5. Copy and paste (or type
in) - individually or as multiple addressees, the full mail addresses given below the draft text(s). These must usually be
separated by a " ; " (semi-colon) or in some programmes a ", " (comma) 6. Click on "Send"
